Meet the Trainer

Andrew Krause

Introduction:

“I started weight training 4 years ago, and have since broadened my training to include regular running, and yoga.  Through these activities, I have experienced many physical health benefits in addition to an increased level of confidence, determination, and perseverance in all areas of my life.  A healthy mind and body is necessary to support you through all of your endeavors, and I find it very gratifying to know that I am putting time and effort into ensuring that my body can carry me to do whatever I want to achieve.

One of my main goals through personal training is to help clients find an exercise plan that they truly enjoy.  Every individual is unique, and I strive to create an exercise regimen that will be fun, educational, and health optimizing.  My aim is to broaden people’s perspective regarding nutrition, exercise and wellness, and to present methods and alternatives that you might not have considered otherwise. If I’ve done my job properly, I’ll find a way for you to sweat and laugh at the same time!”
